By using KratisPremium Travel, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before departure are fully refundable. Later cancellations may incur fees per provider policy. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information. You must be 18+ to make bookings. You agree not to misuse our platform.

Privacy

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
